Canada ranked higher in the 2023 edition

Canada ranked second, surpassing Germany in the 2023 edition of the global rankings. The high ranking is due in part to Canada’s outstanding performance in agility, social purpose and quality of life.

While Canada came second in the list, it still trails behind Switzerland. Switzerland is ranked the world’s best country in the 2023 ranking, making it the second consecutive year and the sixth time overall.
